Today’s daily thread is this vintage 1970s tribal print tunic dress. It reminds me of something Cher or Stevie Nicks or some other 70s style icon would have worn back in the day. (Or Megan Draper on MadMen in the late 60s/early 70s.)
This particular piece has more of a shape to it than most tunics, thanks to the banded waistline with intricate stitching and a tie-in-the-back cotton belt. It has a pleated skirt and somewhat sheer fabric, so it could be worn as a swimsuit coverup or thrown on over a tank dress.
While Coachella isn’t really my thing, I could totally see some fashionista or famous blogger rocking this dress over a bikini or with a pair of thigh-high gladiator boots.
