I recently accepted a fabulous job offer in Manhattan, which requires a daily commute into the city from my home in the Hudson Valley.
After working from home as a freelancer for the last couple of years, getting used to a daily commute again has been challenging. However, the benefits of working in NYC far outweigh the drawbacks of the commute (hello more money! hello fabulous office location in Rockefeller Center, hello getting to wear all of the fabulous clothes in my closet!)
Since I’m now at the mercy of a train schedule, getting my beauty routine down to a science has become my latest obsession. That’s why I’m over the moon for Sally Hansen Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips.
In less than 10 minutes and with zero drying time, I have a brand new manicure that last for a week to 10 days. These strips are so easy to use that l actually did this week’s manicure shown below on the train during my commute. All you have to do is peel, place and file. It’s that simple.
*STYLAPHILE TIP: I’ve started buying two boxes of each kind so that I can keep backup strips in my bag. Then, if I break a nail, I can repair it in no time.
These strips are so “handy” that I may never go back to regular, messy nail polish again.
